General editorial enquiries reach the desk at editorial [at] flippas-n-fins.uk. Please write in plain English and include the URL of the page you are asking about. Score challenges should include the operator, the dimension, and the evidence you would like considered.

Corrections

Corrections are handled quickly. Send a note describing the error, the source that shows the correct fact, and where the error appears. We aim to acknowledge within five working days. Where a correction succeeds, we publish it with a visible strikethrough on the original text within twenty working days.

Disclosures

Questions about disclosures — advertising, testing-account funding, editorial arrangements — should mention the specific page. The editor personally handles disclosure complaints. Serious concerns trigger an internal review and, where appropriate, a public statement on the page in question.

Postal enquiries

Postal enquiries are accepted but slow. Please note that time-sensitive corrections should always be sent by email so we can turn them around inside our published windows.

Response times

Acknowledgement within five working days. Substantive reply within twenty working days. Some queries take longer, particularly where they require re-scoring an operator against the rubric, and we will say so in the acknowledgement.

What we will not do

We will not remove a score from public view because it displeases the operator. We will not accept fee-for-placement of an operator on any page. We will not adjust the rubric to change a specific operator's score. If any of those are being requested, please save both of us time and do not send the enquiry.
